By using IMEND® services, you agree to the following:

  1. Repairs & Diagnostics
  • Diagnostics are free unless otherwise stated.
  • Repair times are estimates and may vary depending on parts availability.
  • Some repairs may void manufacturer warranty (common industry standard).
  1. Parts Quality
  • We offer Premium Grade A (OEM-Equivalent) and Value 3rd‑Party options.
  • Customer chooses part type before repair.
  1. Warranty
  • Premium parts: 12 months
  • Value parts: 90 days
  • Lifetime workmanship warranty
    Warranty excludes: physical damage, water damage, misuse, third‑party tampering.
  1. Device Liability
    IMEND® is not responsible for:
  • Pre-existing damage
  • Data loss – customers must back up data
  • Hidden motherboard faults that surface during repair
  1. Certified Devices
    All certified phones include warranty. Warranty excludes accidental damage after purchase.
  2. Payments & Refunds
  • Payment required upon completion
  • Refunds follow IMEND® Returns Policy
  • Special orders may require deposits
  1. Governing Law
    These terms follow Irish Consumer Law.
