By using IMEND® services, you agree to the following:
- Repairs & Diagnostics
- Diagnostics are free unless otherwise stated.
- Repair times are estimates and may vary depending on parts availability.
- Some repairs may void manufacturer warranty (common industry standard).
- Parts Quality
- We offer Premium Grade A (OEM-Equivalent) and Value 3rd‑Party options.
- Customer chooses part type before repair.
- Warranty
- Premium parts: 12 months
- Value parts: 90 days
- Lifetime workmanship warranty
Warranty excludes: physical damage, water damage, misuse, third‑party tampering.
- Device Liability
IMEND® is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Data loss – customers must back up data
- Hidden motherboard faults that surface during repair
- Certified Devices
All certified phones include warranty. Warranty excludes accidental damage after purchase.
- Payments & Refunds
- Payment required upon completion
- Refunds follow IMEND® Returns Policy
- Special orders may require deposits
- Governing Law
These terms follow Irish Consumer Law.
