We're not the manufacturer and not a phone-shop kiosk. We're a dedicated repair workshop with certified technicians, so we can take on repairs authorised channels often refuse, and usually for less.
We use OEM-grade or genuine manufacturer parts wherever possible. Samsung Galaxy screens use original Samsung service parts; for iPhones we offer genuine Apple parts and high-quality OEM screens that keep True Tone.
Completely. We perform hardware-only repairs and never access, read, view or copy any data on your device unless it is necessary for the repair and you have given permission. Your photos, messages and apps stay private throughout.
Every iMEND repair includes a full 360-day warranty on both parts and workmanship. If the same fault reoccurs and it was not caused by new damage, we repair it again free.
If we cannot repair your device, for any reason, you are not charged a single euro. No diagnostic fee, no handling charge. You only pay when it's returned in full working order.
