Although, we do offer No Fix, No Fee service. But the call out charges would still be applicable as it
comprises the cost of transport and the resources utilized to provide you the service you deserve.
The data in your device would be secure and not suffer any damage from our end. Having said that, it
is the customer’s responsibilities to secure and take backups of their device data in an event which
affects the device data iMend will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of data while repairing
the device We can use other premises to repair the device.
What our warranty does not cover.
Liquid damage. Our warranty does not apply to liquid damage repairs.
Limited warranty for battery issues. Our warranty is limited in relation to replacement batteries.
1. Our warranty will not apply if you have used non-OEM chargers, power banks, car chargers,
charging phone cases, charging pads, plates, or any other form of battery/phone charging
equipment not manufactured by the OEM. Any use of these accessories may cause damage to
your device’s IC Chip and therefore a battery or charger port replacement is unlikely to resolve
the issue. You will not be entitled to a refund for products supplied. We do not use manufacturer
supplied LCD screens, instead we make use of Grade A screens. Thus, we are not to be held
responsible for replacing the damaged manufacturer LCD screens which was present in your
device earlier with Grade A screens.
Pre-repair issues/events. Our warranty does not apply if your device is jail broken or “rooted” or if,
at or before the time we provide the products, there is in relation to your device:
1. water or other liquid damage.
2. Any damage or fault resulting from repairs attempted by you or any third party
3. Any performance issue with your device’s battery.
Your right to change your mind if you are a consumer (Consumer Contracts Regulations
2013). If you are a consumer then for some products bought online you have a legal right to change
your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. However, due to the type of products we supply, this
right to change your mind will not apply in respect of
1. services, once these have been completed, even if the cancellation period is still running
2. any products which become mixed inseparably with other items after their delivery. These rights,
under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, are explained in more detail in these terms.
How long do consumers have to change their minds? If you are a consumer and have ordered
our device repair services, you have 14 days after the day we email you to confirm we accept
your order. However, once we have completed the services you cannot change your mind,
even if the period is still running. If you cancel after we have started the services, you must pay
us for the services provided up until the time you tell us that you have changed your mind.
We are not responsible for certain loss and damage. The exceptions, where we are not liable to you,
1. any claims or damages of any kind or description that may arise from any repair work performed
on your device, unless it is caused by our negligence
2. loss, deletion, amendment to or corruption (howsoever caused) of any data or information that
you have stored on your device
3. data loss, corruption, deletion, or alteration, and hardware or software failure on SIM cards and
4. any damage to or loss of any SIM card, memory card, case, screen protector or other accessory
that you have failed to remove from your device
5. when services performed by us void manufacturer warranties for your device. If you do not wish
to void your warranty, you should not place an order with us but should contact the device
6. any failure to repair any liquid damaged device
7. where it is not possible to repair your device (as we cannot guarantee that your device is capable
of being repaired)
8. In case where device is fallen, the device might respond correctly before the repair service is
commenced but upon beginning the repair, due to the impact the device had during the fall, parts
within the device might be seriously damaged and could affect the health of the device during the
repair service and might not turn on again.
Returns Of Brand New Products Within 14 days.
imend will accept unwanted items that are unopened or unsealed and unused within 14 days from date
of delivery or purchase. All unwanted items must be returned in an unused, ‘as new’ condition, in the
original unsealed packaging and in re-sealable condition, or we reserve the right to refuse to exchange
or refund the returned goods. Once the returned goods have been received a refund will be issued,
within 3 working days. If the item was faulty or damaged when delivered or collected from imend store,
an exchange or refund will be offered. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery
Any goods returned by post/courier outside the returns period (with the exception of faulty or damaged
goods), we reserve the right not to offer you a refund in full. We may return the goods to you.
Our refund policy does not affect your rights in respect of faulty or damaged goods.
Return Of Used Devices.
